Starting from now, all band members will set up their instruments, stands, files and everything within a certain time limit.

Tuba : 4mins
Euph: 3mins
Trombone: 3min
F Horn: 3mins
Cornets: 3mins
Oboe: 3mins
Flutes: 3mins
Saxophones: 3mins
Clarinets: 3mins
Percussion: 12mins

Any longer than that, the whole section gets punished after band.
